Default Buying a T3 Tikka Lite Stainless in 308

Some feedabck or any suggestions, I have ordered but not committed to this yet, the Tikka is made by the same company that makes Sako, so the quality & finish are expected to be good, has anybody found this to be different

I have fired two t-3's,one a 25-06 and the other a 300wsm.Both were very accurate for being factory rifles.

I have a T3 lite stainless .223. It just keeps getting better. First five shot groups were in the 1" to 3/4" range. Things kept improving over the first 200rnds. Loaded up four different powders with 40gn Vmax bullets and tried them last weekend. Largest group was 0.68" center to center and the smallest was 0.23" outside to outside. The average group size hovered around 0.5" That is for 3 five shot groups with each of four different powders in military brass and thrown, not weighed charges. They all grouped so well, I still don't know which powder to go with 'til I get a chance to chonograph them. To say this Tikka is a nice shooting rifle is an understatement. On top of that the bolt is the smoothest I have owned and the trigger is perfect right out of the box. No pre-travel and 2.7 pounds on the pull guage. I was a little hesitant at first, but the rifle has won me over in a big way.

Have now purchased the .308 T3 Lite, the action is certainly smoother that the Ruger M77 in .243, the finish is excellent, this rifle should shoot well, trigger doesn't need any adjustment at all!!!!, off to the farm next weekend for a shot, will load up some different rounds to shoot the barrel in with, some 125's, 130's and 150 grs projectiles should do the trick, I had a look at these rifles when they first arrived on the market, they were a bit average, but now Sako have certainly lifted the game to a new level with this rifle.
