#1
Some feedabck or any suggestions, I have ordered but not committed to this yet, the Tikka is made by the same company that makes Sako, so the quality & finish are expected to be good, has anybody found this to be different

I have a T3 lite stainless .223. It just keeps getting better. First five shot groups were in the 1" to 3/4" range. Things kept improving over the first 200rnds. Loaded up four different powders with 40gn Vmax bullets and tried them last weekend. Largest group was 0.68" center to center and the smallest was 0.23" outside to outside. The average group size hovered around 0.5" That is for 3 five shot groups with each of four different powders in military brass and thrown, not weighed charges. They all grouped so well, I still don't know which powder to go with 'til I get a chance to chonograph them. To say this Tikka is a nice shooting rifle is an understatement. On top of that the bolt is the smoothest I have owned and the trigger is perfect right out of the box. No pre-travel and 2.7 pounds on the pull guage. I was a little hesitant at first, but the rifle has won me over in a big way.
