I would like to find some info on this pistol. I tried s&w web address an had delivery failure, no other available.anyone out there know of another avenue or source to chech this out ? thanks

Try this route in S&W link ,it works for me .

S&W Mod.6906: 9mm DA/SA semi-auto pistol, stainless steel, 12rd. magazine. I used to
own one. Very fine weapon. Accurate, and reliable. Only sold it after I got my Sig239.
Just didn't need both. You can usually find a few for sale on GunBroker.com or AuctionArms.com
You can also just plug in 6906 to your web browser/search, and you'll come up with a bunch of sites/information. Also try the S&W forum - good info. available there too.
