Mossberg 3.5 auto or Charles Daily 3.5 auto???
I can get a Daily 3.5" camo auto 12ga at walmart for $350. Would it be worth spending a little more for the mossberg 3.5" auto or is the Daily a good enough gun? This is for my father I have a Bnelli Nova and I love it.
thanks for the info.

go with the mossberg they offer a better warranty in my opinion, mossbergs warranty is 10 years and their service dept. is absolutely no hassle they will fix or replace anything on your gun at no cost and sometimes they even fix your gun even if the warranty is over. though charles daly offers a limited lifetime warranty, it is very limited and they take forever to get the parts to you or fix your gun to me its a hassle. I personally would go with the mossberg also because mossbergs are made in the USA and charles daly's are either made in spain or korea. And accessories for the mossbergs are more readily available, I dont think charles daly has any after market accessories available.

If you don't mind not shooting 2 3/4? Go and get the Mossberg. Why in the world would you save the extra $48 and get a Daly? I have yet to hear a single owner of the 935 say anything bad. They all seem to love it. Give daly 10 more years. They might be able to get all the bad worked out.

I have a friend of mine whos son shots a Daly. So far its been a great gun with only one downside. It has a hard time cycling the lighter loads. With all other loads, even in harsh conditions, there have been no problems. If you are chosing between the two, I think I would go with the Mossberg for the reasons HighDesertWolf stated above....

Fairly close guns. I have two CD autos one 20g and one 12g and have never had any probs. Generally use them for skeet and have cycled box after box without a hitch. My Mossbergs are heavier and not as pretty used for deer drives and such to kick around. Either one will do just fine depends on the application. Good luck on your purchase.
