Default 300 remington ultra mag
Does 300 rum have much recoil.And also does it have muzzle blast.

With 190gr bullets and 99gr of retumbo, I shoot a flame about 4 foot out my barrel. Its the only powder I see do that.

Yea, its pretty wild. I talked to Sierra and Hodgdon about Retumbo and wondered why the flames. Sierra said they believe it to be the coating on Retumbo? Cause I don't have flames with Re25 or H870. Accuracy with Retumbo was subMOA

I use r-25 and in low light the flame is several feet long.
