Experience with semi-automatic slug guns?

Looking at Benelli M1 Field, Browning Gold, and Ithaca Deerslayer Storm (pump) slug guns. Anyone have any experience with the autos, in particular, with regards to accuracy? I know they' re reliable guns. I like the Gold for the fact that the scope mounts to the barrel, not the receiver. Any opinions? I did a search and came up with nada. Thanks.

I have a Rem 11-87 with a Hastings scope mount barrel. It should be very similar to the Browing Gold. It shoots okay but it just never will be like my 30-06. Shoot several types of slugs and you should find a load that the gun will like.

I have a browning gold 12 ga. with an ithaca slug barrel and it shoots .46" at 50 yds with winchester partitions.
