At 300+ yards which would be more accurate between the 7mm-08 & 308 win???

The 7mm bullets have a slight ballistic advantage.Operative word being slight.For all practical purposes you'll never notice the difference but I still prefer the 7mm.

In what grain do you prefer on store bought ammo?

My son has a Remington Model 7 in a 7mm-08 with a Leupold scope. Shot at 5 deer and killed all 5. All five dropped in their tracks. Great rifle.

i got it in 5R..she was a lil sketchy(my 12 yo daughter), but after droppin her 1st deer with it, she looked at me and said.." i didnt even feel the kick"

we used the 140g core lokt remi..i put 2 in the same hole at 100..thought i missed lol, til the 3rd shot, same hole basically..there is a post showin pics here somewhere.
