Taylorman,
I started out with 2 50 gr 777 pellets and one 30 grain Pyrodex pellet for a total of 130 grains of powder and 250 grain Shockwave sabots. It grouped right around 1 inch at a hundred yards. I did not get to involved with refining the load because the gun was new and I needed to get ready to hunt with it.
this load also shot around a 3 inch group at 200 yard. I put a Nickon Omega on it and this is a great setup.
I am using such a weird load because a couple of years ago I got 3 boxes of 30 grain Pyrodex pellets for $2.00 per box so now I have to use them up. As soon as they are gone I am thinking that I may go to loose powder but the pellets are neat and easy.
Good luck and Merry Christmas.

i custom ordered my Pro Hunter through my local gunsmith. he set me up with a all stainless .25-06 with the camo stocks and the bull barrel with a 1/28 twist. he also did a little trigger work for me and it is by far the sweetest shooting rifle i own. i haven't done alot of load testing yet, so far i found it really likes the Federal Premium 117 gr.
