Info on Stoeger P-350
I'm in the market for a decent but inexpensive pump shotgun. I've been looking at the Stoeger P-350 ($250 black; $300 camo) but I can't find much information on it. I have fired the Benelli Nova Pump (around$360)which looks identicall and I liked it, but not sure what to expect with the P-350. I have also fired a Remington magnum 870 with the Benelli Nova and liked the Nova more. Any information other than what the stoeger website offers would be extremely helpfull.

When I compared them, the Stoeger did not offer a rifled barrel option as the Nova does. That was the final deciding factor for me. Other than that they do look pretty close and they are even under the same ownership group. i've never seen a Stoeger P350 in person. I can tell you that I am happy with my Benelli and don't regret the extra bucks.

I got a stoeger 2000 two months ago and I love to shoot it. I've taken it out "patterning" at least 3 times. In other words I've just taken it out to shoot it. Saturday a friend of mine and I took it patterning and it was his first time using a Stoeger. He couldnt get over how good of a gun it was. I put a Tom Knapp sight on it and now it's deadly. I've found that it shoots the Remington Nitro the best (on target)which is nice because it's the least expensive. Now I'm going this Saturday to pattern it with 6,5, and 4 shot to see which I can get the farthest out with. Anywho, Stoeger is a sub line of Benelli and they use the same inertia drive system in their guns.Unlike a gass driven system it's fairly clean. From what I have experienced the Stoeger model 2000 is an exceptional gun for a great value. I would not hesitate recommending it. Also, you can get the 2000 for around $400 to $450. I would spend the extra $150 on semi auto.
