Default 25/06 improved

does anyone know where I can get empties for this gun, a friend of mine has one and wants to reload but needs cases.

2 options, really without spending too much on actual custom made cases.
1) Forming the cases from 25-06 to improved (I am assuming this is Ackley Improved), using dies.
2) Fire-Forming, dont tell you r fried to do this right away but i believe if the trend follows from the 30-06 improved is grab to regular 25-06 and start shooting it in the gun, the cases will expand to fit the new chamber. Or take new 25-06 brass and take a reduced load and instead of putting a bullet in there place cotton and then fire. This is all theory because i dont own any wildcats to do this for

oh you might want to re-ask this question in the guns forum as this forum isnt used all that much, and technically thats the wrong type of question for here
