FRAUD ALERT!!!!!

First let me say that I sincerely apologize that it has taken this long to get JCA his arrows. I would be a little ticked off also.
Having said that let me clear up a couple of things......
The arrows have been sent. I also did not ask for his business to "help out a small guy", He aproached me wanting arrows.
I have not given him "all the excuses in the book". He was told up front that I would have to order the bare shafts that he wanted because the shop only kept fletched arrows in stock (small shop). He asked if he could pick the colors of the blazer vanes and I said yes but I did not have every color available. He told me he wanted white and yellow. I immediately sent hem notice that I, as well as all of the distributers (Papes, Ellet Bros., Pats Archery, Hicks) were out of white blazers at the time and I did not have enough on hand to do his arrows. I placed them on back order from Papes.
He also knew up front that I was very soon to be moving to Birmingham from Dothan Alabama. The white blazers did not arrive before my move date so I made arrangements with the pro shop I worked at to ship them to me as soon as they received them. After about 2 - 3 weeks I received the blazers and made up his arrows. However, the house we moved in to was far out enough that I did not have internet access or even cable. All of his contact info was stored in the PM's at Archery Talk. The cable company actually had to build lines to the house and as of yesterday (5-2-05) I have cable and internet. That is why I have not been around and also why I didn't contact JCA. It wasn't by choice.
He did get my new number from the phone company and call me and I got his address so I could ship him his arrows and I had every intention to do so A.S.A.P.
As my luck usually runs, my trucks engine locked up for some reason and I was with out transportation for a week. Unintentionally his arrows were not an immediate priority as I had shell out $5000 to get another truck. Then to add more problems my dog was bitten twice in the right shoulder by a water moccasin and was in the vets office for a number of days on an I.V. getting anti venom (I'll post pics of the bite wounds later). Another $1000 almost.
So, I certainly had no intention of not sending JCA his arrows nor did I want to steal his money. Sometimes @#$% happens and I have had a plate full of it lately. I apologize that he was part of if.
FYI I have not done any business with any one concerning an elk hunt nor would I offer to do so. I'm no outfitter.
HNIJustin, I don't know where the "Even me

Adams, thank you for not jumping to conclusions. As for the rest of you....................... Nice to see that you are all so perfect.

It sucks to hear you're having bad luck with your transaction with Bigbulls. I don't know the facts so I'll with hold judgement.

well jca maybe you should have just cut him some slack. Also without all the facts you just did a little thing called slandering. You could have really hurt bigbulls reputation. But one thing I don't understand is why couldn't bigbulls just go to a computer at the library or something? but whatever
see you

jeez if i was that picky about the vanes on my arrows..... it would take the archery shop here in town ( the only archery shop for 50 miles) atleast 3 to 4 weeks before they would be done and thats if he had all the components on hand if he had to special order something it would deffinately be 4 weeks, I hope you give big bulls a break sounds like he had a plate full.

Bigbulls, I think this should clear up the Justin quote:

bigbulls,
Don't let someone's panties bunch'n up on'em cause you more grief. Some guys think the world revolves around them.
I noticed you moved from Dothan to Birmingham while you are listed from Northglen Co.
Just curious?

bigbulls, u should have refunded his money when that **** happened, and said: when things, and time clears up i could then take care of you. sometimes we all get behind on projects, and some people don't like excuses, no matter how good they are.....sorry for the bad news on the transaction![&o]

I don't know why everyone has suddenly decided that jca was in the wrong? If I ordered something and two months later all I had was excuses I would think I was getting ripped off too. Bigbulls could have used a public computer, he could have refunded jca his money, and he could have ordered the stuff from Cabelas and had it in 3-6 business days.
It sounds like Bigbulls did not or is not intending to rip jca off, but just because he has a list of excuses doesn't excuse what he did.

Are we still on this? There isn't any suddenly to it.
Heck, I posted my resposnse over two months ago.
Lets move on.
Most of all that happened JCA knew about up front or did you guys not read my post? He knew I was moving 300 miles away, he knew that I had to order the items that he wanted, he knew that they were on back order and still wanted them, ETC....... He knew all of this up frond and still wanted the arrows.
He didn't get refunded his money because I had already paid for the shafts and vanes that he specifically wanted on my credit card. You just don't get cash refunds from Papes. You get the ammount credited to your account and since I had moved I no longer had an account with them.
So I had a bump in the road. He has his arrows and it's finished. And they looked dang good I might add.
