TrophyHunter, I have all the paper work and correspondences put together. I have a standing appointment with the Rock Island Postmaster to see about pressing charges. I have his phone numbers, his email addresses and both his New York addresses. The one you probably used was a PO box wasn't it? The postal Money Orders and the use of a PO box to defraud is what the postmaster is looking to hang him on along with the payment instructions in writing to you five days after he sold me the scope. His postal ass is grass and Bill Wilson is tuning his mower.[:@]

i haven`t heard for p.o.s randy yet,i have pm`ed, emailed ... nothing, going tomorrow to see a postmaster here and tell him my case.

still no refund!!!!!!
i have tried to contact him thru e-mail, pm`s and even phone calls he won`t reply ro pick up the phone..
i have just got back the certified letter i was instucted to send him by my post master,next step is contacting his local law enforcement..

Next step would be taking a trip to his house... I would not care if it cost me money, I would leave there with my money and a piece of his A** too.

ohh i wish... he is in new york, i`m in indiana... if i ever end up in new york.....
