Is it just me, or does it seem like hunting, like most of the other things that I enjoy- that may be growing in popularity, is becoming more inaccessable to the working class man. Mind you, I am talking as a man who has put in years to become a competent rifleman, as good a woodsman as I could with no mentor, and an equally competent archer> the patience thing I'm still workin on. But all the quality hunting land anywhere near where I live is either owned by wealthy people who have fled Manhattan or unproductive because all of us hunters who have no other alternative are all hunting the same spots.

I hear that man. Plus, they are always throwing new gadgets out there, and everyone knows a man cannot turn down new gadgets!
Seriously though, land is expensive and hard to come by, and it's turning into Europe, where only royalty can afford to hunt. Sad fact but very true.
