Hey farmcntry! Good to see another from NC in the contest! Hopefully after it's over these NC deer will get some respect. Nothing against the other states' deer of course.
farmcntry, what part of the state you hunting? I'll be in central NC, in the north part of Wake co., and in the southern area of Franklin co.

Just got permission to hunt my 2nd peice of hunting ground that is private property. On top of that I am self-employed and can always find time to hunt.

Sounds great ruttnbuck! Can't wait to get started. Sept 11th is opener here and I've seen more big bucks this year than ever. NC isn't know for having big bucks, but most folks around here just kill for meat and wouldn't know how to score on at all. So we'll have to show some farm country deer this year!
