Sorry guys, we gotta lose the logo. It's too big for the new rules at the top of the page. I'll work on one a little smaller when I get a chance.

Hate it about the logo's. Maybe you can get us a new one ASAP.

I am still waiting on season. 3 weeks from Saturday. [:@]

I did however install a speed lizard on the high country, a new teflon cable slide, and some limb savers on the cable guard. The bow is very quiet now, and still shooting 255fps on my full hunting system. I have really been looking at a Mathew's Outback lately. The guy at the bow shop is killing me.

639.99 - regular price

539.00 - deal price

400.00 - deal + my high country(and I keep the accessory's)

It's tempting to say the least. Who know's what I'll end up doing....but I have to decide within the next few day's in order to have the time to practice and adjust to the new bow. It's hard to give up on a bow that has brought a lot of success. [&:]

High Country;

You might as well get it over with and buy it. You know once you've entertained the idea of buying a new bow, it juts eats away at you until you give in and do it. You might as well get it over with early. I have an LX that I bought this year and I love it, but I have second thought not getting the Outback many times. (Not for any good reason though)
That Outback is a great bow and you would probably really enjoy it. Haven't heard too many negatives about it. Also, that is a good deal he's giving you. I say go for it, but you need to do it now!!

The bow idea is killing me. LOL. It's ate at me all week, and now we are under 3 weeks away. I have to get ahold of the guy at the shop and see if I can get him started setting it up. We have a week or 2 weeks left on my current pipeline project and it will be a hassle getting it ready for bow season. But we'll see how it goes.

Well mates I am back from Idaho, didn't score on an Elk or Bear but had the time of my life, wouldn't have traded it for anything. I saw 6 bulls, 4 with in bow range, I did miss one but that story is in the main page of bowhunting called My ROOKIENESS SHINED THRU if you didn't read it..... My Deer season here in PA starts this saturday, I am hunting in an area that has soem really nice bucks in it. First year I have gotten to hunt this area but my hunting buddy has been scouting and hung my stand for me while I was gone. We just got permission on this land. Be safe out there, Pat

Pretty quiet here. Work is getting in the way of hunting. Last weekend wasn't too bad. Did see 7 bucks. Saw the sticker buck again and he was tempting but refrain again. Did see a tall tined 4 pt ( Western Count ) that would be really good if he wasn't so narrow. He would be pushing the 135 range. Got him figured out and will keep him in mind. Otherwise a 5 pt in in the 125-130 range and a few smaller bucks.

Actual highlight of the weekend was Tyler seeing his first piebald fawn. There is a young doe that is piebald in that area also. Dead for bucks though with not much sign at all compared to a month ago.

Not that it is important but I go by western count. Wouldn't want you thinking, I 'm seeing 140 class forkies. You would be wondering what kind of drugs I am on to get that kind of guesstimate on a little forky. LOL

Buy the bow, Buy the bow. I do have a hard time trading in my old bow. Still plenty of time before the rut.

Remember guys, shoot anything bigger then a spike.
