Well I hope to do my best for ya, and yes THANK YOU DAD if you had never showed me what this sport is all about, I would be missing out on a life time of memories, and a wonderful relations ship with you that has really been highlighted through both hockey, and especially hunting.
As far as stands go, since it's earn a buck where we hunt[:@] I have a opening coming into our field where my deer gun stand over looks, we see dozens of deer during the early season there, both buck and doe, but it's more of a 12:1 ratio (seldom do we see bucks until later). This weekend we are doing the "Cabela's Run"
the one store that I can actually look forward to. Then one of these weekends soon, i guess we are gunna hang up our stands. But I guess after I stick one opening weekend, with any luck I’ll head up to stand #1 -it is at the corner of out property, and is over looking 4 old logging tails that come together. It’s at the top of the ridge, and the side closest to it, has about 210 Acers of pine (deer seem to like that) but with any luck I can pull the big boy from the trail camera into bow range, but then again seeing him would be nice too
And thanks Jzarr for being the captain, my dad is the captain of his team "unlucky 13" for those of you that donno yet, and I see that it isn't easy with the responsibilities that ya have, so thanks again

That's a real nice 8 point in that first picture. I'm sure he'll help our team out tremendously after you get him.
On an unrelated note - my dad is looking to buy 80 acres of land just outside of Eau Claire so who knows, I might end up in your neck of the woods this fall. [8D]

i work in the building across the street from riverside collision in FRG, not 14 but the road that juts off on the left if you were going east on 14, we are practically neighbors!
there are NO real crappy apartments in Cary... come on now... im sure its just temporary anyway. you live pretty close to one of my hunting holes! its just across the river from you.
good luck where ever you hunt. i have been seeing some SLOBS running around most of them are nocternal though so it might be the rut before we post anything on the forum for our teams, but hey who knows we might get lucky one day while they are walking back to their beds!
