Default Problem pulling back

I recently purchased a Horton hunter at a yard sale for 20$ I couldn't pass it up! I brought it home and tried to pull it back and it will only pull back halfway and stop! Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Are you pulling directly on the string?

is it hooks that grab the string or a "sled" like on the horton vision( thats what i have).? on my horton vision when i pull it back because it has reverse limbs when it gets halfway it gets extremly hard. it seems like its not gonna go further but it does you just gotta really put some ass into it. but maybe check your cams to see if they are out of place and not able to rotate fully or see if your safety is on which could engage the lever that wont allow the string to lock in. just some thoughts. i guess thats why it was 20$ ha
