I have been shooting my new crossbow.
Supporting it on a rest and shooting I am dead on shot after shot.
Standing and shooting free hand I lose accuracy.
It there an excersie or method to stead yourself for better free hand shooting.
Not only something for the crossbow, but slug guns and riffles aslo.
Just looking for something to help steady those cross hairs.

I think Horton makes a knee rest for any crossbow and its under $20.00 if I remember. Buckeyefootball
