Default Could use advice, need to move to Xbow.

I gave up conventional bow hunting several years ago because of a torn right shoulder labrum. Now that has been compounded by RA in left elbow. I am contemplating getting my doctor to sign a medical crossbow permit ( required in WI) because the 9-day rifle season is too short and my soul needs more time in the woods.
It seems to be a rather daunting and expensive prospect in getting the right equipment. I could use some recommendations on what crossbows and bolts have provided success.

Thanks!!

The best advice I can give you is to call David Wilkins at Wyvern
Creations 603-659-0575 probably the best all around and most
knowledgeable person there is.Very good to talk to and will shoot straight on any thing you need to know about crossbows!
I live in south east Missouri and only buy from him and another
fellow in Ohio. The man is second to none when it comes to all
things service, prices, qualilty, etc.Well worth the call you wont be

Could not agree more. Dave will listen to you and help you fill your needs, regardless if you but from him. He's very knowledgeable and a straight shooter.

Pick a price point their are many options then get a feel of one that shoulders well. Crossbows go from 400-2400 dollars. Buckeyefootball

The man with three names spouts his price point crapola once again How can anyone who can't decide on a single screen name give any advice that is worth a crap!!

Anytime you let price be your sole determining factor you've usually made a mistake. Give David a call and get the correct info and good sound advice!
