Default Crossbow Stands

Does anyone have a preferred stand that they hunt from? I'm in the market for a new stand and wanted to get everyone's opinions/suggestions. I'd like it to be relatively big because I have a Horton Hunter 175 which is kinda big, and hoping it would seat two comfortably because we video a lot of our hunts. Thanks in advance.

i use ladder stand a lot.
i went to double one even tho i am only one in tree.
they say they are 15 ft, not true.
usually they are 12 ft,so, buy a extra section which will put you up at 15 ft or so.

you dont need any higher.

the 2 man or double one as i call it are great.
i can take my bag and make pillow and lay out on it.room for bow, bag, camera and aCAN OF ALCOHOL.i take toliet paper, put it in maxwell house can, pouralcohol on it and LIGHT IT.this warms my hands and feet also.you have room to do this with 2 man stand.no smell with ALCOHOL to spook deer. s is great if you are tired or sore from sitting.

secret to getting a buck is being able to sit from daylight to dark for DAYS.this year it took me 5 weeks to get a buck .

2 man one allows you more room.

i also have TREESUIT and i use it if the deer change do to pressure/rut and i can sit for only hr or 2.

many bucks i got with that treesuit that i would not have got with ladder stand.you cant sit all day with treesuit BUT, its deadly during rut when a buck cant be patterned chasing a doe.in fact, its best for this but not something for 8 hrs of hunting, its a stand that you will KNOW a buck is coming ,up tree and wait 1 hr or so, here comes ole mossy horns.

WOW! sproulman. You are da man! You said if you want a buck sometimes you hunt from dusk till dark FOR DAYS. That's a long time on stand. And it took you 5 weeks to kill a buck last year. Man, you have got some good patieciance. And how did you feel when Old Mossy buck climed up in that tree. Or did you have a treesuit on and where do you fasten a tree stand on a treesuit? I'm stupid, I know but I was just wondering cause I don't hunt near this hard cause I'm old and decrapid. I just usually go up in my deer hut stand and hunt till the old lady calls me on my cell home for supper. If I hadn't killed nothing, I go eat.

last few years do to the HR deer program here in pa.you are spending LONG hrs in tree.
just are not deer of past.

when i got my TREESUIT ,i believe it was 15 years ago, wow, how time flys.
i was much younger too,ha.
i could sit for hrs around tree, not now.

yes, secret is being able to SIT.

thats why i like the 2 man stand, boy, do you have room up there.
i even had bird land on me one day and started to walk towards my face, i fell asleep,ha.

right now i am working on my homemade deer cart .
i am done scouting, i know where deer are feeding/sleeping that are left.i walked and scouted 3 days a week from end of deer to now.

so, ready for archery season in fall.

i really like woods andbeing out there.

this is why i dont hunt doe.
its too easy for me and it saves a buck for next year.

i have to have it CHALLENGING hunting or i get bored.

this is why i only hunt nice bucks, its not the idea i am great hunter and brag about buck over doe, its me, i have to have it CHALLENGING .

sorry i got rambling again..

here is site to my TREESUIT.
