Before this one takes off, this guy has been battling anti's in NJ for quite awhile. The xbow forum on the site I've seen his posts on is full of hate and discontent. I read a post [rumor] he got the boot there [mods anti] so I say welcome here Crack!! If you want to see how good we have it here, check this out: http://www.newjerseyhunter.com/forum132.htm

I am not offended at all...as my XBow is my weapon of choice... I use all of my bows to hunt with and I treat them all as archery equipment.

They should be legal in all 50 states, but they are not...so the fight should be on. In California and Arizona they have limited use, disabled over 90% of arm disability you are able to hunt any big game, otherwise in California as it stands today. Hog, Deer, and depending who you talk to bear, all in the gun season. In Arizona without a disability, you can take deer, Mt Lion, Javelina, and I think maybe turkey in the gun season.
I would personally like to see the disability percentage changed in California and Arizona to 50%, if you lose 50% usage of your arm you would not be able to draw your compound. I have about a 25% loss of my draw back arm, and I know it is really hard for me right now to draw even my 60# back.
