JoJan Fletching Jig
Does anyone own one? I just got a new mono in with CB nok receiver and right hand helical. Does the shaft bottom out in it? If so mine ain't right cause there is 5/16' gap above the front v fork.[][&o]

Mine bottoms out in the CB receiver. In mine there is no V Notch to go into. The arrow fits in the receiver nice and tight and goes all the way to the bottom. With mine bottomed out and the new vane all the way in the bottom of holder my vanes end up about 1 1/4" from end of nock.

That sounds like the regular one. No V notch in mine and you can only put it in one way. The Jig comes with a regular one, and you have to order the CB Nock separate, at least I did from BHSS.

I just looked at the pic of yers with first fletchings. It has that v up front where the shaft goes. Mine doesn't touch it if i bottom shaft. Does yers? Can't tell by pic. I have same Jig and Cb nok receiver.

Sorry, Was thinking of the V in the regular nock receivers that regular string nocks go into to set the cock feather. Yes mine has that and mine did not touch it either, like it floated above it when inserted all the way. I assumed my Jig must have had a slight bend in it, or maybe most arrows do not go in as tight as ours so they may lay a little loose in the jig and rest on it better. So I just "persuaded" mine a little until the arrow rested in it. Adjusting the front V notch and the rear holder is what will give you a right or left offset on the jig. But since you got a helical clamp I think you want to keep yours in the center on both ends. Sorry I was thinking of the wrong one.
