I have had pretty good luck with the low end bags like they sell at wally world. When I do finally shoot them out I just put to old ones together.
I did buy one of their "block" style styrefoam target with the compound and it was a huge joke how little stopping power it had.>>Whack!

my bags cost me .50 cents..FEED STORE
fill with rags and wal-mart bags in front..
my bag is 3 years old and still using it....
no way i would pay that for arrow target..
feed bag works very good....................
