its hot here, at least a 100 and high humidity. Suppose to hit a 100 or more every day fer next 6. My a/c went out in rental trailer i live in. Have 3 fans we own and have all on. Told landlady, might as well talked to the wall. Heck when the fridge went out we had to buy our own. Said she weren't putting no money in that old trailer. I think aug. is going to be very long. have a good'en.

I don't mind the heat when I am awake, but if I am not cold and covered up in bed then I can't sleep at all!!! I have a 6500 BTU ac unit right above my bed! Maybe while the wife is at work you could consume a entire bottle of old Captain Morgan and go over with some flowers and sweet talk her! LOL!!! Take a back up bottle just in case!

Some places if you paid rent for a place with AC she has to provide a working one. You can report landlords here for that BS. I would inform her I'm taking the $ per day off next months rent as I cannot live in that oven without AC. I do AC work for a living and I know a trailer is an oven without AC.

BTW I spent several hours working in an attic yesterday as part of my fun filled 14 hour day. Heat and I are close friends.

trailers are awful on heat in summer,wish i could help you,i could send you a few dollars for a/c for window,pm me with your address ,if you want..

We asked yesterday to get one, today she wouldn't even answer the door. I trade mowing 2 acres of yard and weed eating putting garbage out picking up all litter and limbs and doing all maitinance on her place for rent. Live in an older 70 model moblie home, 2 bedroom. fell thru floor twice before she put plywod in on floor. had a 13 year old a/c that just went out and a 5000 btu in our bedroom. Nothing in other bedroom. Had us on commercial rate 25-40 percent over res. I just went to wally world and bought a new 5000 btu a/c, had to take money out of saving. Hurt us bad in pocket book. Landlady going on a 5 day cruise. Well we will move this next year, thats what were saving up our money for.

i guess i am very forunate to live as good as i do with only high school education...
i give credit to my UNION at work..without them, i believe i could be in same situation ,my wages here in pa. are very good....

a 40 ft trailer also..

boy, it was hot in there..she has kids also and they dont care,but drive new cars..
i was blessed with good dad and mom.....

wal-mart had 5,000 btu ones for 69 dollars from china,i bought 3 and gave 1 to this lady and installed it,2 others i put in our local fire hall here as theirs went bad....
