I trade mowing 2 acres of yard and weed eating putting garbage out picking up all litter and limbs and doing all maitinance on her place for rent. Live in an older 70 model moblie home, 2 bedroom. fell thru floor twice before she put plywod in on floor. had a 13 year old a/c that just went out and a 5000 btu in our bedroom. Nothing in other bedroom. Had us on commercial rate 25-40 percent over res. I just went to wally world and bought a new 5000 btu a/c, had to take money out of saving. Hurt us bad in pocket book. Landlady going on a 5 day cruise. Well we will move this next year, thats what were saving up our money for.
