Can anybody help me with this.I tryed to sight in my xbow scope and at 20 yards my arrows were hitting the center of the target but I cold not seem to get the verticle set up. No matter how much I moved the adjustment it didnot apear to change the point of impact. Any ideas? Thanks

RE: scope
In order of probability:
Rings too tight
Rings not in alignment [both facing same way?]
Scope is trashed
Try tapping on the adjustment w/ handle of a screw driver, if it does move you could be off the target, I'd shoot at 10 yds til you see whats up. Like Dnk said would help.

RE: scope
sounds silly....but are you sure the scope is oriented correctly. by that i mean is the vertical adjustment on top and the horizontal on the side. could be you're adjusting the horizontal thinking it is the vertical.

RE: scope
I've had this happen w/ a shotgun scope (except for windage, not elevation). I took it to a gunsmith and he said the the windage adjustment knob was not properly connected to the crosshairs and when I turned the knob, the crosshair would not move. Have it mounted by a professional and if the problem keeps up return it, as that would mean you were sold a defective scope.
