Restrung Paradox
Got the string changed today down at the model airplane place. Guy has a pawn shop, diving shop, bail bonds, and a few bows and arrows. Turns out he built his own bow press outta tractor parts!! I had a quiver on it and the rope cocker, was planning on taking all the junk off and possibly the stirrup, but he had it on and done in less than two minutes. I'd marked the string position on the side of the rail w/ a single dot out of a sharpie, and he set the string a good 1/8" behind it to allow for some stretch. Told me he'd adj it if needed for free, charged me $4.00. Only inArkansas!!

RE: Restrung Paradox
Dnk: no, don't need press, Pdox is all I got w/ wheels, so I put a 10 pt. string on it. Ought to be good for several lifetimes according to Htoler and Randy, lol. Just kidding Randy. I don't shoot it that much anyhow, that sucker gets heavier every time I pick it up. Actually, I just can't help picking up the Phoenix every time I go to shoot. I leave the house intending to shoot the Emax or Pdox, but she just jumps up into my hands! Light but lethal, delicate but deadly!! I'm hoping to take a doe w/ all three so I can see which one tastes the best! lol
