You either have no bolt retainer on yours or the one it has isn't gripping the bolt effectively .
If you can't alter the pressure on theretainer try dabbing some rubber cement onto the underside ofit ,or slip some snug o-rings over the tip of it where it contacts the shaft of the bolt to improve it's grip . You may need to use a temporary glue on the o-rings to prevent the bolts from dragging them off at the shot .
