Default Outdoor cooking instructional video, would you buy one

Greetings Friends;

I have a question for you? What instructional or how to video's would you like to see made to help you in your camp or home cooking? For example, cooking elk roasts, making jerky from goose, what vegtables to use in a phesant dish, what would you like to see in a how to video, or buy if it were available? Thanks for your help everyone.

Dr. Mike

Not I say's me. That's what this forum is all about. I won't buy a tape of someone shooting a deer ,Why would I want one of someone cooking it. However I would be more than happy to film the cooking process and taking someone's money for it Shipping and Handling extra of course.

If you have cable or sattelite check out the RFD channel! Old Jim "What's His Name" "Did Ya All Eat Yet" has pretty good technique and old Cee Dub isn't too shabby, frankly I am more skilled, but he is OK for the inexperienced cook. What I would like to see is a series of tapes from "zero" knowledge to a graduate of culinary school. Not recipes, want technique, skills, general knowledge kinds of things then after that maybe into game dish specialties. Recipes are just check list rojects. Cooking/culinary "skill" requires knowledge and experience.
