How do you keep deep fried food from sticking???

Keep the basket sumerged with batter dipped foods, and with fries dip the basket in the oil first before putting in the fries.
As with the above saying hot pan, cold oil, food won't stick. Means bring your pan up to temperature, pour in your oil ,(usually 1/4 cup or less) this will heat up the oil quickly, then add your meat or what ever and it shouldn't stick to your frying pan. It has nothing to do with deep frying. Also anytime you drop food into oil , the oil should be 375 or hotter so as to avoid being absorbed into the food being cooked, thus avoiding greasy, mushy finished product.
