Recipes for Birds(phesants, ducks and geese)

Pheasant is so darn good that I like to just dust it with a small amount of flour and fry just like chicken. Ducks and Geese I like to roast on a rack in the oven with Stuffing. I have cooked them in the crockpot as well with cream of mushroom soup.
