Default Grilled Duck Breast Recipe

Thought I would teach you how I like to grill my duck breast. This is an easy recipe that taste very good. Let me know what you think!

Looks good. You might want to try cutting the breasts in strips about an inch wide and marinating them in zesty Italian dressing for a couple of hours and throw them on the grill till they are no more than med rare. Delicious and it works with Canada goose breasts as well. Makes a great appetizer dish with a good beer.
