Default cheezy Moink balls

I have a batch in my smoker now. Q view and recipe later
they are done
forming the balls





wraped in bacon a few with venison bacon



just in the smoker



done smoking



on the plate



very tasty

the recipe

Moink Balls
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage meat
1 cup fine bread crumbs
½ cup salad dressing
1 egg
Bacon

Mix all ingredients well , form into balls then wrap in bacon.
Smoke @ 250 for 2-3 hrs, until bacon is done.
Variation put a chunk of cheese inside the meat ball.

Trying the recipe right now. Have been on for about 2 hours. Got a used smoker last week, all it needed was a new burner.
