Here's one I like.
1 cup Soya Sauce, 1 cup Worcheshire Sauce, 1 Tbspn Liquid Smoke, 1 Tbspn Ketchup, 1 Tbspn Brown Sugar, 1 Tspn Onion Powder, 1 Tspn Garlic Powder, 1 Tspn Salt, 1-2 Tspn Black Pepper, 1-2 Tspn Crushed Red Pepper
Slice up your meat and marinate over night. This good for about a 2-4 lb roast. I also justuse 1 tspn of the pepper black and crushed

Mine has more ingredients than most but it works for me.
Venison Jerky
2 pounds of thinly sliced venison
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup Beef Au jus concentrate
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon ketchup
½ chopped onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon Franks hot sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and heat until sauce boils. Put into food processor to mulch. Put sauce through strainer to remove chunks. Let cool before marinating meat overnight.
