I have a friend of mine that bought one of these and he loves it. He sells all kinds ofsausage at ourlocal farmers markets and makes my venison sausage for me. It is so much easier than the manual kind with the crank. Check out this motorized machine.

I have this 30# model, with it's remote foot control you are able to stuff sausage all by yourself. I was just starting to make some summer sauasge in this pic.I also have a hydraulic/water stuffer that works well.

looks close to the one my buddy got except yours looks a little more home made than his. They sure are nice to use instead of cranking on the handle.
