Default Faverite thing in a deep fryer

What do you guys like to put in a turkey fryer? I got one when they got popular, I don"t do turkeys much, but I like to do small chickens. I think they come out better. I do potatos after I take out the birds. My kids always come home for dinner if they see chickens on the counter in the morning.
