I love my new Food Saver!
My freezer is full of venison sauce, caribou chili, soups, etc.

Last week we butterflied a chicken and added jerk sauce before vacuum packing and refridgerating for a few days, it was tasty. So a couple days ago I pull out a pack of venison chops and think "what the heck, you only live once".
People, it worked! Jerk your venison, its delicious!
We take the tenderloin off deer when they are still warm so these were small chops, but the combination of flavour and tenderness from being in the jerk while refridgerated for a few days made for a very satisfying meal.
