Fried hog nuts are delicious, also known as rocky mountain oysters to us rednecks. They are like eating small tenderloin nuggets.

Mountain oysters can be hog;calf;lamb or other.
Deer fries tast like lamb fries.

Recipe
Skin and slice long way into halves or quaters vdepending on size.
Soak overnight in salt water . Roll in seasoned flour with a little meal mixed in. Fry to golden and don't forget the milk gravey.
I like them for breakfast.
I have several friends who save for me.

Dipits...I will try this recipe and sneak it onsomebodys plate to get the feedback..Then I MIGHT try it myself..My hunting buddies always get drunk after the hunt so I may pull out a bowl full and tell them my wife made it for them..Nothing like a little humor at hunting camp..
