A friend of ours stopped by today to give us a big load of chicken mushrooms. My dad and I know they are chicken mushrooms for sure, so with that aside...we're not going to get sick because we know what they are and they are edible. My question is, do any of you here know how to prepare these before we freeze them for later use? We were told to put them in salt water to get the bugs out, but is there anything else we need to do?
