Great community you guys got going here! One of our staffers at TeamNatural went last weekend to roost some turkeys prior to doing a hunt the next day when he came upon a pack of hogs. He went to his car grabbed his bow and a camcorder. He placed the cam on a branch and proceeded to stalk. gotta check out this vid!

Wow!! I just watched that lion hunt! That is crazy!!

That's a neat video. I'm surpised he was able to find it since it ran out into the water. And i have seen that video of the lion charging the people; It was amazing that nobody was hit with all that firing going on, let alone the lion not taking that one guy's head off.

That was a pretty neat video. The lion video was neat as well. There are a couple of more lion attack videos out there that are even more intense than that one. I don't have any links though

It's not as hard to track one through the water as you might think. It does offer it's challenges on a sparse blood trail but the blood will actually float in the water and you can follow it that way and you can also see it on leaves and logs etc. I hunt in the water pretty regularly and it really isn't that difficult to track them but it doesn make you wait a little more to make sure you have a perfect shot. I have a tendacy to reduce my yardage when I am hunting in the water. I quite often won't take shots that I would normally take even though I know I could hit them. I typically wait for the slam dunks though.

Yeah that's a valid point SA. We don't really have that many swamp like areas out here. If we do, i've never seen any hogs near by though.

Thats got to be a pain to track in a swamp. Funny how you can watch someone stalk an animal and you get the adrinline rush as if you were doing it.

those were some pretty cool videos. i have to agree that i can't see how noone got shot in all of that shooting. that was a pretty good job of water tracking though.
