That was a pretty neat video. The lion video was neat as well. There are a couple of more lion attack videos out there that are even more intense than that one. I don't have any links though

It's not as hard to track one through the water as you might think. It does offer it's challenges on a sparse blood trail but the blood will actually float in the water and you can follow it that way and you can also see it on leaves and logs etc. I hunt in the water pretty regularly and it really isn't that difficult to track them but it doesn make you wait a little more to make sure you have a perfect shot. I have a tendacy to reduce my yardage when I am hunting in the water. I quite often won't take shots that I would normally take even though I know I could hit them. I typically wait for the slam dunks though.
