Got the call tonight that my hoyt ultra mag has arrived at fin and feather. I also ordered a apa safari twister for it and the guy was putting it on as he talked to me. Don't have a site picked out yet though, what do you recomend for 5 pins? Also what range should i set my shortest pin on for a 60-70 lbs 1 and 1/2 cam bow with an ibo of 300?

I would set your shortest pin for 20 yrds.
There are many sights on the market that are great in the whitetail woods. The Trophy Ridge and Copper John lines are among the finest I have used. I am currently using the TR Matrix and it is superb!!!

No confusion QT
With the majority of bow today most archerys set there 1st pin to shoot 20yrds. the reason is if they had a 10 and 20 they would be so close together it would really clutter things up. You will only see maybe an inch or so difference between 10 and 20yrds.
My pins start at 20 and go up in 10 yrd increments. Hope this helps.
Have fun dialing that baby in!!!
