I don't know. The only thing that would limit you is if the have a law against an electronic light or gadget on your bow. The scope doesn't shine on the target but back on your eye.

I love mine but I'm planiing on switching to instictive shooting for the challenge.

I didn't see anything in your state's regs that wouldn't allow it.
