I have a reflex excursion bow, how can I tell if both limbs are ajusted equally.

Check the tiller. You can see how it is measured here:

http://www.huntersfriend.com/bowselection.htm

Number 3 on the bow is the tiller measurement. Take it from the top limb and the bottom limb and the two should be the same for a two cam bow.

hope this helps.

Or you can tighten the bolts all the way and then back them out the same number of turns to produce the pull weight you want.
