Default antler sheds

I picked up my film from 2 trail cameras yesterday-they had been out since last sunday. Apparently the deer are not shedding much yet. One spike had dropped one side. Besides that I had a fork and an 8 with both sides. All the other deer appeared to be does and fawns. Does anyone have any thoughts on wether the big or little bucks shed first. From what I saw in my pictures it would be the the little ones that go first, but I did find a nice shed on 12/26/04. In the past my buddy took a good adult buck during our January antlerless season. That same day I shot a doe that was being chased by a small buck with both his antlers. By the way about half my pictures were coons on the corn. Going have to turn into a coon hunter I guess.

A guy from my work raise's deer for a hobby and I asked him to keep me up tp date when his bucks shed there antlers. All of his smaller bucks have already shed and he has two 8 pointers and a 10 pointer that still have there antlers on yet. So it may seem that the larger more mature deer stay on longer
