Lefty,

The parker bows are excellent bows in my opinion. I am getting a new bow myself as soon as my tax money gets in. I have owner a Hoyt Magna-Tec and then a Supertec and I loved them both.

This year I looked at the new Hoyts and shot the Xtec, I have shot the Switchback and the Parker Phoniex 36. I must give the Switchback its props as it is a awsome bow but...... for the Difference in price I am going with the Parker probably a Phoniex 34. Iyt has awsome speed and is dead quiet as well. It is a super close toss up between the two but I will let my wallet buy this time!!!

To answer your question you can buy different modules to go on the cams as your draw length changes. Around here a new module goes for around $10 or $12 dollars... very little extra output down the road for a great bow from a great company

I really loved testing that Parker Hunter Mag and with the package deal you get you really can't go wrong,,that bow has a fair amount of solid wall, it's draw was smooth and seemed very accurate for the price, i also liked the quiver design, i thought that was kinda cool. i'll probably get mine out of Cabelas since i have a gift certificate coming to me.

Some of the Parker dealers around here will just give you the module if you bought the bow from them. No charge at all. Often they even have them on hand from swapping out with someone else. I have yet to find a Parker that wasn't worth the dollars it cost. Have shot the Phoenixs 32.34,36, Hunter Mag and Hunter Mag extreme, Buck hunter and ultra lite. they are all nice bows and in general will give you a good bang for your buck.
