Here are a few pics taken from my stealth cam overlooking a mineral lick I put out a few weeks ago. It looks like so far there should be atleast one fairly decent buck next season.

Nice. Is that a didgital or film camera? I am thinking about getting a couple of those. Only problem is all my hunting land is national forest. I dont have any private land and I dont think they would stay out there very long. Plus I am about 200 miles or so from my hunting area. I would have to go camping for a weekend and setthem up and take them down all in the same weekend.

Hope my stealth cam works like that!! Haven't gotten to use it yet but this season will be the one!!

flintflinger- I have one of the film camera's and I love it, I bought it off a buddy for $60 and I hope to get several more.

dkeener- This is a "store bought" lick made from black magic & deer co-cain. This time of year the local Walmart tries to get rid of all thier deer products and mark it way down, so I stockpile it. In the first pic with the 8point you can see a doe going behind the tree's toward some Rack-up I put out.

I ma going to Sportsmans tonight. I will see if they have any, or I might order them from Wally World. At any rate, I hope to get a couple soon. I have 4 different spots on public land that I hunt. Last year we put out some salt licks in the preseason. It would be nice to see what was tearing the place apart.
