With my old nova it is 290 IBO. I am shooting a 384 grain carbon arrow(BEMAN ICS 400) 70 pounds draw and 29inch draw length. I have on the string ultra nok Xl(i know that takes off about 10 fps) Peepsite(NO TUBeing) and catwhisker sileners? thanks

IBO 290
-10 1" draw length under 30
-10 for the ultra nock
-4 for the peep sight
-7 for 14 grains over 350
Speed = 259 FPS roughly
More of a problem than that, though, is you should be shooting 340's, not 400's.

You know I missed that second part. Don't know what shaft selector you were using, but a .400 is definitely underspined for your specs. .340 would be better.
