Being a newcomer to the bowhunting world, there's alot of bow and bowhunting terminology that I'm not familiar with. Does anyone know of a website or something else that kind of explains terminology for bows, bowhunting and/or equipment that is used? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You found it. Any question you'll ever have can be asked & answered right here - free of charge.
There's a wealth of archery knowledge perusing this site every day, and most anyone will help you out.
To answer your question, there probably isn't one certain place you can look for terminology, as it's constantly changing - new topics breed new ideas and new terms.
Maybe order yourself a subscription to Peterson's Bowhunting magazine, which isn't too pricy and is very informative and makes good toilet literature.
