Default Hunting Terminology

I have been hunting for many years now, and I've come to realize that there's probably a lot of hunting jargon being used in the forums that newcomers to the sportlikely don't understand. For example: ridges, hollows, saddles, etc.

Anybody else have any such terminolgy (along with definitions) that might leave the uninitiated scratching their heads?

My friend, untillThey learn Nature,DeerHabitat, Deer Signs, Gun Safety and Hunting Ethics, wait untillthey go into the deer woods.

Your quetions can be answered by doing a Google Search, looking them up in a Dictionary orbuying a good Deer Hunting Book.

Then you go out in the field and look for what you just read about. It could take years. I call it experience.
