One thing to note also on the MZE and the reason I like it so much ,look at the cradling arm compared to any of the others. If you hunt with this rest and hang your bow, then have to make that quick shot, you won't have to worry about that arrow falling off the rest, you can darn near shoot up side down with it ,and not worry about the arrow falling off the rest,I dont think that any others besides the WB would do this. Also with the mole skin that comes with the rest it is extreamly quiet.ijim I have installed them on the Mathews FX bow too it works sweet on it.I have one on my Hoyt Razer tech.

Does anyone know if MZE makes a drop away for the Mathews Legacy and other Mathews bows using the roller guard? The one model that I looked up online had an arm on it that seemed rather large and clumsy looking, but like I said, I haven't seen one up close yet, so I could be wrong on that idea.

I appreciate all the thoughtful replies. I'm carefully reading every one of them.

I'm beginning to see trade offs between models like the Trap Door, which has no cables but may not be as reliable, and the others that use a cable, which seems to me could become stretched or snagged by the rigors of bowhunting in or near heavy cover.

My personal favorite drop away is the Muzzy. Golden key makes a nice one in the tko, and the Trophy taker shakey hunter is another excellent choice.

I Have Never Used The Muzzy But It Looks Cumbersome & Bulky.
